The Magnolia Park Board of Directors meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month. Meetings are at 7:00PM inside the Bayside Lakes Community Center.

How much are my assessments?


For 2021, the assessments are $600.00 paid annually in January. Assessments are due by January 31st. For questions regarding your specific account balance, please email accounting@fairwaymgmt.com or call the office at 321-777-7575.




How can I pay my assessments?


Assessments can be mailed or brought into our office at 1331 Bedford Dr. Ste 103, Melbourne, FL 32940.




How can I check my current balance?


Please email us at accounting@fairwaymgmt.com for all questions you have regarding accounting.




What is my Homeowner ID?


Your Homeowner ID is "MP" + your house number. Please email accounting@fairwaymgmt.com if you need assistance with your Homeowner ID.
