How long is the show?


The show is roughly 2 hours including feasting time




Will the bar remain open after the show?


Yes! The bar will be open 60 minutes before the show, during the feast and after the show so you can continue the party! Please note: following our 13:00 performances the bar will remain open for a limited amount of time to allow our team to prepare for the evening performance.




How is the evening structured?


- Doors open 60 minutes prior to the performance time for you to find a seat and relax with a drink. - Act one begins and lasts roughly 1 hour followed by... - ...the feast which takes place as part of the performance and includes parlour games, carol singing and should last roughly 45 minutes. - Act two follows straight on and lasts roughly 20 minutes - The bar remains open following the performance for you to continue the party!




Do you cater for all dietary requirements?


Yes! All of our dishes are gluten free with vegetarian and vegan options available. Please make sure you inform us of any allergies or further dietary requirements when booking your tickets.




Is there reserved seating?


There is no reserved seating for our performances. Seats are taken on a first-come basis. Guests will be seated at long feasting tables to enjoy the show and meal. Some guests may be required to watch the show away from their table, returning to eat at the as part of the show. This will be advised upon entry. If you require any further information about seating, please contact us.




Is The Venue Accessible To Wheelchair Users?


Yes the venue is accessible to wheelchair users




Are There Age and ID Restrictions?


Due to the nature of this adaptation and to comply with the venue license we have a strict 12+ only policy. All 12 to 17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18. Identification will be checked at the door and we reserve the right to refuse entry to the event. Please ensure all members of your party comply with the above policy before booking as we cannot exchange or refund tickets. See our TERMS for more information.





Frequently Asked Questions

How much are my assessments?


For 2021, the assessments are $120.00 paid semi-annually in January and July. Assessments are due by January 31st and July 31st. For questions regarding your specific account balance, please email assessments@fairwaymgmt.com or call the office at 321-777-7575.




How can I pay my assessments?


Assessments can be mailed to PO Box 411867, Melbourne, FL 32941, can be brought into our office at 1331 Bedford Dr. Ste 103, Melbourne, FL 32940, or can be paid online here. You will need your property/homeowner ID to make an online payment. Please also reference your property/homeowner ID on your check.




What parks am I elgible to use?


As a Viera East Community Association resident, you are eligible to use Clubhouse Park and Suseda Park. The Clubhouse Park pavilion can be reserved for parties or events. Please contact our office at 321-777-7575 to make a reservation.




Do I need approval to make changes to my property?


Yes! All exterior property modifications must have approval prior to making any changes. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pools and screen enclosures
  • Painting
  • Re-roofing
  • Patios
  • Fences
  • Generators
  • Landscaping additions/removals
  • Trampolines/playsets
  • Hurricane shutters
  • Solar panels
  • Driveway modifications
  • ALL OTHER EXTERIOR CHANGES
Please complete this form and include a property survey, drawing or other applicable information. If you are painting, you must choose colors from the approved color book which can be found in the Fairway Management office. If you are re-roofing, you must choose colors from the approved shingle color book which can be found in the Fairway Management office. MRC applications are reviewed on the first Wednesday of each month.
