How much are my assessments?


There are two different assessment rates for Crane Creek based on what lot you own. They are as follows: Non-Lake Lot: For 2020, the assessments are $177.00 paid annually in January. Assessments are due by January 31st. Lake Lot: For 2020, the assessments are $221.00 paid annually in January. Assessments are due by January 31st. For questions regarding your specific account balance, please email accounting@fairwaymgmt.com or call the office at 321-777-7575.




How can I pay my assessments?


Assessments can be mailed or brought into our office at 1331 Bedford Dr. Ste 103, Melbourne, FL 32940.




How can I check my current balance?
