What is SaffronStays?

SaffronStays is India’s Preferred Network of Fully-Serviced Private Vacation Homes and Estates. We partner with Home Owners who have passionately built homes or inherited heritage gems across the country, and open doors to discerning families and friends for long-term and weekend stays.

Who are your Guests?

With our tagline ‘Where Families Bond’ we attract families who want to celebrate special occasions, friends who want to host a get-together and colleagues who want to connect outside their workplace. We usually host guests from Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Goa, Delhi, Chandigarh and Jaipur who don’t have a ‘Must-See/Must-Do’ checklist, but rather value the luxury of a private vacation home.

How are you different from Airbnb?

We are a complete hospitality and property management company - we exclusively manage reservations across OTAs including Airbnb,, Go-MMT and have a strong distribution arm through Travel Agents and Event Managers. Unlike an aggregator, we take care of operations as well as marketing and branding of your home.

How do I partner with SaffronStays?

You can fill-up the form (at the top of this page), and our Home Acquisition & Onboarding Team will get in touch with you. Each home is evaluated based on a revolutionary 200-point checklist. We don't list all homes - only the best ones.

How much can my home earn if I partner with SaffronStays?

We offer different revenue models depending on the home, the existing operations in the home and the ease of access to that destination. You can write to the team on to understand how we evaluate the true value and worth of your prized vacation home.

Can I visit my own home after I list it with SaffronStays?

Yes, of course! We understand the effort you’ve put into building your vacation home or maintaining an ancestral mansion. Not only can you visit your home but also unlock access to any other home at special rates.

How much are my assessments?

Assessment amounts vary by lot size in Trasona West. They are as follows: 50ft Lot: For 2021, the assessments are $415.00 paid quarterly in January, April, July, and October. Assessments are due by the last day of those months. 60ft Lot: For 2021, the assessments are $430.00 paid quarterly in January, April, July, and October. Assessments are due by the last day of those months. 70ft Lot: For 2021, the assessments are $450.00 paid quarterly in January, April, July, and October. Assessments are due by the last day of those months. For questions regarding your specific account balance, please email or call the office at 321-777-7575.

How can I pay my assessments?

Assessments can be mailed to PO Box 411867, Melbourne, FL 32941, can be brought into our office at 1331 Bedford Dr. Ste 103, Melbourne, FL 32940, or can be paid online here. You will need your property/homeowner ID to make an online payment. Please also reference your property/homeowner ID on your check.

What parks am I elgible to use?

As a Central Viera Community Association resident, you are eligible to use Addison Dog Park, Eastwind Park, Westwind Park, North Solerno Park, Palmetto Park, La Roca Park, Prado Vista Park, Sandhill Park, and Woodmill Park. Some of the pavilions at these parks can be reserved for parties and other events. Please contact our office at 321-777-7575 for more information or to make a reservation.

Do I need approval to make changes to my property?

Yes! All exterior property modifications must have approval prior to making any changes. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pools and screen enclosures
  • Patios
  • Painting
  • Re-roofing
  • Fences
  • Generators
  • Landscaping additions/removals
  • Trampolines/playsets
  • Satellite dishes
  • Hurricane shutters
  • Solar panels
  • Driveway modifications
Please complete this form and include a property survey, drawing or other applicable information. If you are painting, please mail or bring in physical paint swatches to our office with your applicaiton. Central Viera ARC applications are reviewed on the first Wednesday of each month.

When are community garage sales held?

Community garage sales will be held on the third Saturday in April and October. All residents are welcome to participate.
