How much are my assessments?
For 2021, assessments are $140.00 paid semi-annually in January and July. Assessments are due by January 31st and July 31st.
How can I pay my assessments?
Assessment payments can be mailed to PO Box 411867, Melbourne, FL 32941, or can be brought into our office at 1331 Bedford Dr. Ste 103, Melbourne, FL 32940.
How do I gain access to the community pool?
You must have a pool key card to access the community pool. These key cards are $50.00 and can be purchased from our Fairway Management office at 1331 Bedford Dr. Ste. 103, Melbourne, FL 32940. Please bring a photo ID and proof of ownership of the home.
Do I need approval for modifications to my home?
Yes. All exterior modifications must be approved prior to making any changes. This includes, but is not limited to, painting your home, replacing your roof, installing pools, fences, landscaping changes, etc. The application form can be found here.
